By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms. 2. Definitions "Sanloaw," "we," "us," "our" – Refers to Sanloaw WhatsApp SaaS and its operators. "User," "you," "your" – Refers to individuals or entities using our platform. "Service" – Refers to the WhatsApp automation, chatbot, messaging, and related features provided by Sanloaw. 3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use our services. 4. Account Registration You must provide accurate and complete information during sign-up. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Unauthorized account usage may result in suspension. 5. Use of Services Our services must be used in compliance with WhatsApp's policies and applicable laws. You may not use our platform for spamming, fraudulent activities, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms. 6. Payment and Billing Certain features may require a subscription or payment. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension. 7. Privacy and Data Protection We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties. You are responsible for securing customer data processed via our platform. 8. Service Availability & Limitations We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for downtime due to third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp API outages). We may modify or discontinue features with prior notice. 9. Termination You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to all services. 10. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from service use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last three months. 11. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time, with notice posted on our website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 12. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
