Vendor Terms

1. Introduction
Welcome to Sanloaw WhatsApp SaaS. These Vendor Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our platform as a vendor. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Definitions
"Sanloaw," "we," "us," "our" – Refers to Sanloaw WhatsApp SaaS and its operators.
"Vendor," "you," "your" – Refers to businesses or individuals offering products/services through our platform.
"Service" – Refers to the tools, marketplace, and business solutions provided by Sanloaw for vendors.
3. Vendor Eligibility & Registration
You must be a legally registered business or individual authorized to conduct business in Kenya.
You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
You are responsible for securing your account credentials.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must ensure that all products/services comply with applicable laws and WhatsApp policies.
Misleading, illegal, or unethical business practices are strictly prohibited.
Vendors must provide accurate pricing, descriptions, and availability of products/services.
5. Payments & Fees
Sanloaw may charge transaction or subscription fees, which will be communicated beforehand.
Payments to vendors will be processed according to the agreed schedule.
Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their earnings.
6. Prohibited Activities
Selling counterfeit, illegal, or unauthorized products/services.
Engaging in fraud, spam, or deceptive marketing practices.
Violating WhatsApp’s policies or Sanloaw’s terms.
7. Dispute Resolution
Vendors must handle customer disputes professionally and in accordance with Kenyan consumer laws.
Sanloaw reserves the right to mediate or take action in cases of unresolved disputes.
8. Termination & Suspension
Sanloaw may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms.
Vendors may terminate their accounts by providing prior notice.
Upon termination, outstanding payments will be settled as per the agreed terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sanloaw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vendor activities.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid to the vendor in the last three months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time, with notice posted on our website.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or competent Kenyan courts.
